A Peatland for the Climate

Your Tickets help restore peatlands

Together with the German Alpine Club (DAV), Aktion Zukunft+, and CO2regio, we are bringing a peatland in Upper Bavaria back to life.

The German Alpine Club is actively committed to protecting peatlands in the region. Since 2025, as part of a pilot project with CO2regio, they have been involved in rewetting a peatland area in the Brucker Moos near Aßling. This effort contributes at the local level to saving approximately 80 tons of CO₂ per year.

The Banff Tour supports the project
A portion of the Banff Tour ticket proceeds goes directly to this project. Together, we are moving closer to our goal of taking responsibility for the climate and the environment.
